The Bachelor of Social Science course in Ararat is a flexible and convenient program that helps you gain a deeper understanding of history, society, and the global environment with an emphasis on the unique issues of regional Victoria. Open to participants who have a strong desire to participate in higher education, regardless of educational history.

Life Skills Cooking offers a 10-hour Cooking Taster course that will give you the opportunity to learn basic cooking skills and how to cook on a budget. Students will receive a certificate of participation upon completion.

 


Cafe Culture offers a 10-hour Taster in Cafe Life course that will teach about cafe culture, the cafe life industry, introduction to beverages and high tea, basic barista skills and how to operate a coffee machine. Students will receive a certificate of participation upon completion.
