New Young Drivers

Central Grampians LLEN would like to congratulate a number of new young drivers who took part in the L2P program and successfully passed their driving tests.

Well done to Shantal, Minh, and Sarah from the Northern Grampians L2P program, and Brad from the Pyrenees L2P program for successfully attaining their P-Plates.

A big thank you to supervising drivers Bert Pynapples, Don Gardiner, Chris Sirre, and Sarah for volunteering and being a part of such a valuable driving program in the Grampians regions.

The L2P Learner Driver Mentor program is free and helps young learner drivers (aged 16-2) who don’t have access to a car or supervising driver to complete their 120 hours of supervised driving necessary for a probationary driver’s licence.

The L2P program was developed by the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) and VicRoads, and is delivered by the Central Grampians LLEN in partnership with the Ararat Rural City Council, Northern Grampians Council and Pyrenees Shire Council.

To volunteer as a supervising driver or take part in the L2P program, please call Central Grampians LLEN at 03 5352 3266 or use the contact form below:
