The Central Grampians Vocational Pathways Awards recognise the achievements of employers and students in Vocational Education and Training and Workplace Transition Programs. A celebration and awards evening was held on Tuesday September 9th at Gum San Chinese Heritage Centre. Congratulations to the students and employers who achieved awards.

Zones - A Short Film Festival.

The Zones short film festival was a celebration of the talented young people in this region. Part of National Youth Week, 7 films were shown at a gala Premiere with entries from as far as Murtoa.

World Premier of 'Sandwich'. A collaborative project.

Students from Ararat College, Marian College and Stawell Secondary College were thrown a challenge to 'Make a movie in a day.' The result was a short film entitled "Sandwich". The students experienced the realities of filming on location and that it is not all done in one take.
