Vulnerable Youth Framework
A Vulnerable Youth Framework is being developed to guide and strengthen action across Victoria to better respond to the needs of vulnerable young people, from late primary school and into adulthood. The Vulnerable Youth Framework discussion paper contains the basis for the development of the Vulnerable Youth Framework, a set of focus areas and associated actions for change.
